In order for you to save time, you need to gather all your needed materials in one table. Here's your checklist of materials:

STEP 1: Place your bamboo mat in front of you. Make sure that you are in a comfortable position. The next step would be optional, but if you want to make sure that the Nori will not stick to the mat, you can place a cling wrap to the mat as well.

STEP 2: Whether with or without the cling wrap, you can now put your Nori on top of it. Make sure to place the shiny side down on top of the mat and ensure that the edges are in line with the mat as well.

Step 3: You can now put your sticky rice on top of the Nori. Remember that you should leave about ½ inch to an inch gap  from the edge. This is for you to have space to secure it later. As you put the rice, make sure to just put thin layer of it, I suggest to have it about ¼ inch thick only. OPTION: If you don't want your hands to get sticky later on, I suggest to use a rice paddle to spread it evenly.

STEP 4: The most awaiting part of the process is yet to be unraveled. Adding of the filling is the next step! In putting the ingredients, make sure that it is placed lengthwise and centered within the rice. Don't forget to moisten the edge that you will start to fold in.

STEP 5: Now, we are going to make a roll. Make sure to use your both hands in rolling. EASY TIP: Place you thumbs under the mat and start folding the top part towards the filling/center. With the use of your fingers too, guide your fillings toward the middle as you're rolling it to the opposite side.

STEP 6: As you've almost reached towards the opposite side and had somewhat made a roll already. You can now slightly lift the mat. Ensuring to  apply pressure at the same time, so that the roll will not separate later on. REMINDER: Please do remember to moisten with water the end gap—the gap without the rice, to officially seal your sushi roll.

STEP 7: If you are already satisfied with your roll, whether be it the shape and the bond of Nori-rice-filling, then you can now remove the mat. After doing such, slice them to pieces and serve!

OPTION: You can best serve it fresh with Wasabi and Japanese soy sauce (Kikkoman). I prefer the green label over the red label because the green has no salt therefore I do not get extremely thirsty later plus the health issues as well.
